Personality:

Golden tongue - The chapter where Gen is introduced is titled "The Smooth Talker. " Lying and telling people what they want is second nature to him and he does it without boundaries. One time, he makes such a ridiculous claim about the power of their weapons that Senku says, "There's fibbing, and then there's what you do." While this could be a negative aspect of his character, he most often uses his skill for the benefit of the protagonists.

Well-prepared - Gen is always prepared and planning ahead. For his first visit to Ishigami village, he covers his body with blood packets so if he's attacked, he will look more injured than he actually is. When the villagers celebrate after the tournament, he refrains from drinking alcohol because he doesn't want it to affect his judgment.

Observant - Throughout the series, he regularly provides commentary in the background. Sometimes it's for narration purposes or to set up a gag, but it also shows how he's constantly watching, always gaining new information about his surroundings. Gen also observes what people want and what incentives are likely to sway them. As their group dives into agriculture, he calls a straw hat a crown for the food king who makes the best wheat fields. It's meant specifically to get Magma and Yo to work harder and compete with each other because he figured out they're both motivated by being the best and will strive for titles like "food king" that represent that status.

Manipulative - The downside to Gen's ability to figure out what makes people tick is he has no problem using that information to manipulate them. Returning to the food king contest, sure, it was for the greater good, but he still manipulated the two guys with glee.

Always performing - Gen has a flair for the dramatic, likely because of the showmanship needed to perform as a mentalist, and will do things for the sake of keeping up appearances and/or not admitting his true intentions. It's difficult to get a read on him and know what his honest feelings are. Even after spending two years on Senku's side, admitting in inner monologue that he decided to work with him even before he met him, and appearing ready to follow him to the end, he says he's only joining an important voyage for his own profit.

Opportunistic - At the beginning of the series, Gen blatantly says things like, "I always bet on the winning horse no matter whom I have to cut loose!" and "I don't hold any hard-and-fast policies. I'm just the world's smoothest talker," and only seems to choose Senku's side over Tsukasa's because of what he will gain from it. It could be said that he betrayed Tsukasa for a bottle of cola. As the story progresses, he proves to be a truly loyal member of the Kingdom of Science. In another setting, though, the tendency to look out for himself would likely rise again.

Powers/Abilities:

Gen doesn't have any supernatural powers or abilities. His basic abilities were either developed for or led to his former career as a mentalist - enhanced powers of observation and knowledge of human psychology which lead to an affinity for negotiation and persuasion, magician skills like slight of hand, and an ability to mimic voices.

Suitability:

While Gen doesn't have a stated love interest in the series, he has mentioned the appeal of a harem before. At least that urge seems to be there. That he talks about a harem over having a crush on a particular character probably makes him even more suitable for a sex game. He's ready to live the casual sex life.

At the same time, I don't see him having tons of sexual experience since he had a career at a fairly young age that must have kept him busy, and after he was depetrified, there hasn't been much opportunity. I see being in the game as a chance for him to cut loose and explore.

In terms of his willingness to play along, with nothing else at stake, Gen will choose the path that benefits him. If he'll earn rewards for specific sexual acts, then hand him the whip.

Kinks:

Bondage, the more complicated the better - With his flair for the dramatic, I believe he would enjoy bondage that takes some time to set up and creates a nice picture when it's done. I also think he would prefer being in control and calling the shots over putting himself in someone else's hands.

Voice kink - He can imitate both male and female voices, and I imagine him using this for both good and evil in bed. It could be teasing or it could be intended to give someone exactly what they want.

Food play - This one I see as being brought on by circumstances. Although he lived the first 19 years of his life in modern times, Gen has spent the past 2+ years in a primitive setting. The decadence of not only having delicious food but having enough to use it during sex could elevate it to kink level.
